Gli studenti della classe 3B Scienze Applicate che partecipano alle attività di lettura di classici in lingua inglese del nostro progetto Read On! apriranno i libri letti in queste settimane a quanti - genitori, compagni, docenti - vorranno essere presenti e ascoltarli. Quando?

L'incontro avrà luogo nel Quadrato al piano terra dell'Istituto.  Ci terranno compagnia le voci di Charles Dickens, Oscar Wilde, William Shakespeare e molti altri.

A tutti i presenti saranno offerti tè e pasticcini. A quanti vorranno intervenire chiediamo di portare curiosità, voglia di ascoltare e immaginazione.

You should never read just for “enjoyment.” Read to make yourself smarter! Less judgmental. More apt to understand your friends’ insane behavior, or better yet, your own. Pick “hard books.” Ones you have to concentrate on while reading. And for god’s sake, don’t let me ever hear you say, “I can’t read fiction. I only have time for the truth.” Fiction is the truth, fool! Ever heard of “literature”? That means fiction, too.    John Waters
